Welcome To Nenana Alaska
A good place to camp between two rivers.
Situated between the Tanana and Nenana Rivers in the heart of Interior Alaska is found the quant town of Nenana. With a population of around 400 residents, many of which are Alaska Natives, Nenana is teaming with culture and the small-town vibe many are looking for. The Home Rule City boasts a Municipal Airport, the only interior barge docks, a boat launch on the Nenana River, and easy access to the George Parks Highway and The Alaska Railroad. Since the early days of its history, Nenana has been a transportation hub for Interior Alaska.
